In what year were yellow cards introduced in to football? 1970

In what year were teams allowed to make substitutions? 1965

And I'm surprised at the lack of Paul's scoring goals seeing as it's a very common name. Sums up the lack fof Brits in the premier league.

Which team lost 4 times in the same season's FA Cup?

Newport, IoW, 1945-6 (FA Cup matches were two-legged to generate extra revenue, because the League didn't resume until the following season; Newport lost to and drew with Cowes in a preliminary round, were reinstated because Cowes fielded an ineligible player; beat and lost to Orient in the First Round Proper, winning 3-2 over the two legs; and then got crushed by the mighty Aldershot, 7-0 and 5-0 in the next round)
